Xlathlete offers consulting to guide the athlete with daily eating plans that provide plans for 9 different types of training and non training day eating protocols. The athlete can select from any nine types of days for the eating plan needed. Various supplement protocols for performance and restoration will be provided. If athlete is in minneapolis they will have hormonal profile completed for supplement protocols.
This also includes 1 hour phone consultation for issues.
