Firmly welded into place and with stainless steel collars to keep bands fro slipping free, this optional cage attachment broadens the versatility of non-Pro Series 3-inch cages, allowing for a variety of plyometric band exercises.
Also, in the interest of more safety, the arms feature a new pop pin design that allows the arms to be securely locked in place.
