The XL Athlete Youth Online Football Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp is designed to provide 10-14 year old football players with PERSONALIZED summer training and conditioning programs. This program is designed for athletes that have a training foundation and is designed build on the beginner's youth training camps.

Each athlete or parent will receive six emailed programs each week. The program will contain strength training, speed and agility development, and conditioning drills.

Training will be provided six days a week for a total of 12 weeks over the summer, beginning on the Monday of your choice.

The programs are very detailed, yet simple to use. Each exercise is linked to the XL Athlete website, which contains demonstration videos. The athletes will also receive an in-season training program, which will allow them to maintain the gains they made from the summer throughout the competitive season
