The XL Athlete Online Hockey program is designed to providehigh school hockey players with PERSONALIZED training and conditioningprograms. XL Athlete will gather several pieces of information, such as liftmaximums, in order to tailor the training program specifically for theathlete's needs.The XL Athlete Online Hockey High School In season and PreseasonStrength and Conditioning Camp is designed to provide high school hockeyplayers with In-Season and Pre-Season training and conditioning programs. Each athlete will receive emails through out the week containing workout programs. Each program will contain strength training, speed andagility development, conditioning, and nutrition information. Training will be provided six days a week for the Pre Season,beginning on the Monday of your choice, then Trainingwill be provided three days a week during the in-season program through thewhole season. The programs are very detailed, yet simple to use. Eachexercise is linked to the XL Athlete website, which contains 1200 demonstrationvideos.
