The XL Athlete Online Hockey program is designed to provide high school Juniors and AAA players with PERSONALIZED training and conditioning programs. XL Athlete will gather several pieces of information, such as lift maximums, in order to tailor the training program specifically for the athlete's needs. The XL Athlete Online Juniors and AAA In Season hockey Programs is designed to provide Juniors and AAA hockey players with In-Season training and conditioning programs. Each athlete will receive emails containing the next workout program. Each program will contain strength training, speed and agility development, conditioning, and nutrition information. Training will be provided three days a week for the In Season, beginning on the Monday of your choice. The programs are very detailed, yet simple to use. Each exercise is linked to the XL Athlete website, which contains 1200 demonstration videos.
