Training Camp Takes Place At First Athlete in Edina Minnesota
3 - 5 Day training plans based upon your individual needs.
Off ice training hours are at 1st Athlete, five days a week from 7 - 9:20 am
On ice hours are at Mn Made starting the week of July 14th and running thru the end of August.
Ice is Monday,Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 - 10:50 am*note- if your signing up an athlete please place his name in the Shipping address.
This camp will focus on speed, power, injury prevention and hockey specific fitness.
Camp Includes Functional Movement and Medical Screening, Specific Prehab and Rehab protocols built on your health needs and assessments.
