The XL Athlete Youth Online Lacrosse Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp is designed to provide 8-10 year old Lacrosse players with PERSONALIZED summer training and conditioning programs. This program is designed for athletes that are new to training and is tailored to build foundations in resistance training, full-range mobility, and agility development.

Each athlete or parent will receive three emailed programs each week. The program will contain strength training, speed and agility development, and stretching routines.

Training will be provided three days a week for a total of 12 weeks over the summer, beginning on the Monday of your choice.

The programs are very detailed, yet simple to use. Each exercise is linked to the XL Athlete website, which contains demonstration videos
