The XL Athlete Youth Online Rugby Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp is designed to provide 10-14 year old Rugby players with PERSONALIZED summer training and conditioning programs. This program is designed for athletes that have a training foundation and is designed build on the beginner's youth training camps.

Each athlete or parent will receive six emailed programs each week. The program will contain strength training, speed and agility development, and conditioning drills.

Training will be provided six days a week for a total of 12 weeks over the summer, beginning on the Monday of your choice.

The programs are very detailed, yet simple to use. Each exercise is linked to the XL Athlete website, which contains demonstration videos.
