The XL Athlete Online Football Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp is designed to provide high school football players with summer training and conditioning programs.

Each athlete will receive nightly emails containing the next day's workout program. Each program will contain strength training, speed and agility development, conditioning, and nutrition information.

Training will be provided six days a week for a total of 12 weeks over the summer, beginning on the Monday of your choice.

The programs are very detailed, yet simple to use. Each exercise is linked to the XL Athlete website, which contains demonstration videos. The athletes will also receive an in-season training program, which will allow them to maintain the gains they made from the summer throughout the competitive season.
